About our company

Fill-er-up is an automobilia store located in Brant Lake, New York. We have a large inventory of automobilia and gas station or petroliana items. Our inventory includes gas pumps, air meters, signs, clocks, photos, auto art, oil cans, decals, restoration parts and more.

Fill-er-up was founded by Brian and Uli Steiner of Bird-In-Hand, Pennsylvania. Brian grew up working in gas stations and at the Islip Speedway. His father owned a Sinclair Gas Station on Montauk Highway in Lindenhurst, Long Island in the mid 1950's where Brian worked after school. Brian and Uli started Fill-er-up in Bradenton, FL in 1987 before moving to Bird-In-Hand in 1997. Having worked in and been associated with old gas stations most of his life, Brian always said the golden days of the American service station were a big part of his life.

I have worked in the autobody repair and restoration business for over thirty years. Being that I have always had an interest in auto memorabilia and petroliana I knew that someday I wanted to transition into this business. After visiting with Brian and Uli at a car show, my wife and I learned the opportunity we had been looking for was here. Knowing this was something we wanted to pursue we purchased Fill-er-up in January 2013. My family and I look forward to this new venture and to keeping the "golden days of the American service station" alive!
